Multi-award winning olive oil from the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain. Very mild and yet intensely fruity in flavor. Great as a dip for bread, for tomato salads and diluting Oil & Vinegar herb mix.
Arbequina olives are small, round and exceptionally flavorful: delicate, but nevertheless intensely fruity. They were almost replaced by Picual olives, that provides much higher yields. Luckily, it was literally rediscovered in the 19th century in the village of Arbequa, which lent it its name.
