Mix including dried tomato, paprika, oregano and basil. So no garlic! Soak, add olive oil(mayonnaise) and you have the best dip for bread and grissini.
Bruschetta is Italian for a toasted slice of stale bread. You then rub a clove of raw garlic into it and garnish it with tiny cubes of tomato.
