Cherry-almond vinegar

This super tasty crema vinegar is more syrupy than ordinary vinegar because it has lower acidity (4%) and a higher sugar content. It contains natural cherry juice.
Also great on rocket salad and yoghurt ice cream. Dressing tip: mix with extra virgin olive oil with orange or Puglia extra virgin olive oil.
