Di Molfetta has produced extra virgin olive oil of a very high quality and with a low acidity for three generations. It is made according to the old traditional methods that ensure that the quality and properties of the olive oil are preserved.
Puglia Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Puglia region of Italy and is made from 100% Coratina olives. The olives are harvested from November to January and processed into oil within a few hours using the 'cold-pressing method'. Because the olives are pressed in this traditional manner, they produce what is known in Italy as 'green gold'. The process produces a high-quality olive oil with a low acidity and optimally preserves the flavor.
Di Molfetta controls all the phases of the process, from the cultivation of the olive trees to the pressing and bottling. This results in an olive oil of a consistently high quality.
