Extra virgin olive oil with basil

Fabulously flavored oil tapped at a traditional family farm in Apulia. What makes this oil exceptional is that the basil was pressed along with the olives.
This oil is made from Ogliarola Barese and Coratina olives. These are then pressed together with the basil in an old-fashioned stone mill.
