Extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan Herbs

Top-quality olive oil from the tap at a traditional family firm in Apulia. The great thing about this oil is that the herbs are pressed simultaneously with the olives.
This oil is prepared with Ogliarola Barese and Coratina olives. The olives are pressed together with the herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, dill and tarragon) in an old-fashioned stone mill.
