Fig vinegar

A delicious cream-like vinegar with some 5% fig juice. Also contains balsamic vinegar from Modena. No added sugar. Really popular with customers.

Delicious with salads, wild game and poultry. Surprisingly tasty with cream cheese and ice-cream.
Or serve as an accompaniment to a cheese tray.
