Limoncello vinegar 250ml

This vinegar has the characteristic taste of Limoncello, the famous Italian lemon liqueur. It's sweet (although it doesn't contain any added sugars), a bit bitter, creamy and fragrant, almost like the drink itself!
The most characteristic of this vinegar is its mildness. We developed this product with Stefano Boschi, our Tuscan supplier from the very beginning.

Limoncello is mainly produced around Naples and in the coastal region of Amalfi. Limoncello is served chilled as a digestif. The lemons used for this famous drink contain slightly more essential citrus oils than ordinary lemons. This gives it a particularly fragrant and lively aroma. Limoncello vinegar is made from vinegar with lemon peel, grape must and grape juice.
