Together with Giuliano we have been searching for truffles in Umbria, and this has resulted in a delicious selection of high quality truffle products.

Truffles are fungi that grow undergrounds between the roots of specific trees. Because they grow underground, humans can’t find them. Luckily boars and dogs have a stronger sense of smell and they enable us to find and enjoy them.
